Thank You - Nicollet County Historical Society
The Norseland Community 150 Committee held a brief ceremony yesterday and presented the Nicollet County Historical Society with a check for $6,000. It was a way to say "thank you" to Ben Leonard, Bob Sandeen, and Dick Muesing for the countless hours of effort given to help the Norseland Sesquicentennial Event be a success.
Bob and Dick scanned approximately 800 photos for our event. These are now permanently saved on discs and will be of immense use in the years to come. The Norseland Committee was started almost two and one half years ago and we needed much guidance as we moved toward the celebration and the forming of a more formal group. Ben and his members were extremely helpful. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL THAT WAS DONE. end.
